I don't think the above poster was trying to yell at you in caps, it was more for emphasis. EMDR is a way to deal with the emotions that surface, the strong emotions what people have difficulty coping with and which are sometimes triggered by the EMDR topic and sometimes triggered by other things.If you are having difficulty with the feelings that are surfacing then why not go back and discuss this with your therapist and see if more EMDR is needed to help with that or if another issue/topic has been tiggered.
