You can try www.emdrportal.com, which is a portal run by Tom Cloyd, not the Institute. It is not comprehensive, but has a number of helpful protocols. Bear in mind that there is no controlled research on any protocol except the standard trauma protocol. Workshops are by far the best way to learn a protocol, because they are in depth and have lots of experienced clinicians asking questions. Most of the protocols aren't easily reduced to a few steps.
