Thank you soooo much for your support. i can't tell you how much it means to know someone else understands! The lightbar/tone "flashback" happened after my very first session as well. That whole entire night, it felt like electricity was shooting through my head and the static-like sensations were overwhelming. It didn't happen again until i had to stop therapy. (i am trying to think of it as a break). There is more i would like to ask you about, but i know this isn't the correct place. If you are interested in sharing experiences, please email me, k?
