Hi, Probably the best theoretical reference is the 1995 book: "Cognitive and constructive psychotherapies: Theories, research, and practice," edited by Michael Mahoney. The latter section of the book discusses the major constructivist trends in CT and compares that to traditional CT & REBT. It's not a manual, however. Offhand I don't know of any "how to" books on constructivist therapies. Hope this helps,
RSA
