Info re CT with paranoid personality disorder

I try not to toot my own horn too much, but the best sources I know regarding CT with Paranoid personality disorder are the chapters regarding that disorder which I wrote for Cognitive Therapy of Personality Disorders (Beck, Freeman, Pretzer, et al, 1990, Guilford) and for Clinical Applications of Cognitive Therapy (Freeman, Pretzer, Fleming & Simon, 1990, Plenum).
