I second the suggestion that you check Jeff Young's work on early maladaptive schemas and personality disorders as well as Beck's new book. Both are great. You might also check Millon's book Personality Guided Therapy. It has a great section of anti social personality disorders. It has a broader scope than cognitive therapy but helps you look at the structure of the personality disorder and to structure your interventions (he clearly supports and encourages cognitive therapy) specific to the personality disorder involved. I don't have the book here but I think that he has four subtypes of anti social personalities that is helpful as the interventions for the subtypes are different.
