It seems to me that the term CBT and CT are used interchangeably by a lot of people. My impression therefore is that a lot of psychologists using CBT only focus on CT. Is it right to say that one must determine the effective components of CBT for each condition that is being treated, and not generalise with only CT at the expense of BT?
