Special issue on the topic

A good overview on a number of different topics relating to different aspects of cognitive therapy supervision is a recent issue (#2) of the 1998 Journal of Cognitive Psychotherapy: An International Quarterly which is devoted to the topic. I have shared it with colleagues who agree that it has some articles which are excellend discussions on the topic and contains the references for the key articles on the topic.
