I was not sure if you meant CBT for PTSD in particular or CBT in general with children?
If you meant CBT with children in general I would refer you to the work and excellent books by Ann Vernon who has developed CBT curricula (actually REBT) for school children. If you go to the internetsite of the Ellis institute in New York ( www. rebt.org) you will find in the list of books once can purchase Vernon's book ( e.g.: Thinking, Feeling, Behaving: An Emotional Education Curriculum for Children and Adolescents
    Ann Vernon, Ph.D.)
