    Conitive therapy

I am currently in a graduate class and am writing a paper dealing with a case study. I am to make sure I am using an intervention congruent with Albert Ellis' theories. I have decided to use a CBI-cognitive behavioral intervention and want to make sure this would follow along with the basic RET idea. I know they are not the same but I need to make sure they are coming from the same premise.

The paper is due this Friday, so any thoughts before this would be greatly appreciated,

    Thanks,
    Paula
