USE OF IMAGERY, VISUALISATION IN CBT
    Kris · 04/08/04 at 5:06 ET

Has anyone used imagery or use of visualisation of a distressing episode in a patient's childhood in order to restructure the patient's thinking?
Is this a CBT technique? I have never come across it myself but I was suggested to use it. Is someone aware of using such technique in CBT, please?
    Thanks
