New book on CT for Chronic Pain

A new volume entitled "Cognitive therapy with chronic pain patients" by Winterowd, Beck, and Gruener has been published by Springer Publishing Company. The book covers neurology, cognitive theory, cognitive therapy, and clinical trials in the area of cognitive approaches to chronic pain.
