    Cognitive therapy inventories

    Hi all,
I'm interested in finding out information re different types of self-report inventories used in CT (apart from the BDI, BAI etc that are readily available). Groth-Marnat's psychological assessment book mentions some; including the 'dysfunctional attitudes scale', 'cognitive bias questionnaire', 'attributional styles questionnaire', automatic thoughts questionnaire', 'the cognitive response set', social avoidance distresss scale', 'fear of negative evaluation scale', 'social interation self-statement test', 'irrational beliefs test', and 'cognitive error questionnaire'. I'm sure there are many more floating around, but i'm mostly interested in well researched ones, as my program is evidence based CBT. I'm particularly interested in health related inventories as my client pool is frequent presenters at emergency departments (of hospitals).

How complete is the above list? Where are the best places to find the inventories (appendicies of original articles perhaps? An earlier post mentioned the DAS is in a book called 'Measures for Clinical Practice')? Are they 'free' to use? Do people use them often (obviously depends on the situation...)? What are people's experiences with using them? .....etc.

    Many thanks,
    jed
(ps. i'm in australia --- purchasing inventories, normative data, etc may be an issue!!)
