    Interventions Useful with Specific Types of Cognitive Distortion

    After I wrote my initial response, it occurred to me that there actually are a number of interventions that are useful in dealing with specific types of cognitive distortions. I'll post some of them here and I'd encourage others to contribute other interventions that they can think of.
