use of continua within a schema focused treatment plan

I am a newcomer to research, currently undertaking my MA Counselling(CBT)
I am having great difficulty finding any literature or similar single case design studies of other clinical methods that will help me with both my literature search and research design for my single case study. I already have Padesky and Greenberger's Mind Over Mood and Padesky's (1994) Schema change processes in cognitive therapy...is this all that is out there on the use of continua? Help please.
