Thanks for your input. Your questions about the other members of the team is also a concern of mine and therefore definitive roles have been identified. I met again with the client after writing my question and she raised the subject of change, and how much there has been in her lifetime and we were able to focus that to change in her personal life as well particularly in the last few months. Still minimal reporting of cognitions in the 5 column method but able to report the themes of her thoughts e.g., too much change adaptation etc. Felt somewhat more hopeful but still was interested in the defensive behaviour when challenges were made to her assumptions.
