(1) Yes he takes his medication BUT not reqularly and sometimes, as been reported by his family, that he does not take his medication, rather, he through them around. He does not even like to be supervised whether he take his medication or comply with his therapist instructions. (2) I have tried to reason with him his beliefs about contamination. I did not challenged his beliefs about contamination, rather tried to reason with him that he might have all them beliefs but logically they are not true. For example, I suggested to him that his food is really not contaminated because it was made by his mother whom he agreed is a very hygenic lady. I started a program with him trying to convince him that food made in his home is very clean and hygenic. I asked for a plate of food made by his mother to be brought to the clinic. After 15 minutes talk I convinced him that this food is clean and he agreed with all what I said. He ate very little (though he was hungry). I had only three sessions but he is getting worse. I spoke to his doctor to day and he suggested that he needs to be admitted again to hospital.
