    Re:Combined CBT and medications

    Jim, you mentioned that "There are some anxiety disorders where CBT alone is more effective than a combined approach." I'm sure this is true; do you know of any research showing this to be the case?

    Also, one of my coworkers shared with me a blurb about an article claiming that CBT + placebo was more effective than SSRI's in the tx of depression -- do you know anything about this research?

    Just wondering.
