All new psychotics in UK to have access to CT by 2004?

Aaron Beck reports that he has been told that the Department of Health in the U.K. has sent out a notice that all patients in the first three years of a psychotic disorder must have access to cognitive therapy by 2004.

He wonders how long it will be before CT becomes established in a similar way in the U.S.
