CBT Training for Residents

Hi,
For the past several years I've given brief courses to psychiatry residents in our department. However, with new requirements for residents to exhibit competency in CBT, I'm looking to expand my role (e.g., 3 hours / wk for 16 wks of didactics + group supervision).

Could anyone share their experiences training residents in terms of format, what's worked well, what hasn't, etc.
