    Re:How important is a tolerance of ambiguity?

    Jason--
    Think about this--Life in general is ambiguious--you cannot predict the future or worry about the past--all you have are a serious of "nows". It is very important to be able to tolerate ambiguity--any other way would cause unneccesary worrying and rumination leading to stress and frustration= suffering.
