    I can't help you with a website, but a good source of techniques for CBT assertiveness training is the text: Lange, A., & Jakubowski, P.. (1976). Responsible Assertive Behaviour: Cognitive-Behavioural Procedures For Trainers. Champaign, Ill: Research Press.
