There are so many books, articles, references on Cognitive Behavior Therapy with Children that it would be difficult to know what would be most suitable for you. It depends on age, problem area etc. Maybe the most recent and one of the best texts available right now is: P.C.Kendall (Ed.) 2000.
Child and Adolescent Therapy: Cognitive-Behavioral Procedures. Second edition. New-York, London: the Guilford Press. This is an excellent introduction- to my mind.
