The same opinion i have also. REBT aproach on USA seems more exact. My paper tries to find what are the mistakes made in self-esteem and if USA is smthg different or an alternative. The problem i am encountering is that nowhere I could find a valid definition of self-esteem (and i mean definition not describing it through cognitive schemas and behaviors). I am trying now to build one by taking in accounts the following terms: personality trait, attitude, mood, behavior. And i am trying to find pro and contra arguments-and i think that i am getting somewere. The closest seems the attitude.
thank u all for the help. U are helping me a lot.
