As I wrote in my response to your same posting above, I reluctantly posted this message at all. However, Jeff believed that it was relevant because the therapy relationship has been so helpful to me, and cognitive therapy really doesn't include spirituality it's process. Yet, spirituality has been very helpful to me. I'm sorry that you are deleting the post, assuming that I'm not a mental health professional or trainee.
