Ellis' REBT training

Has anyone ever taken the 3-4 day intensive trainings offered by Albert Ellis and friends? If so, what did you think? Worth the time and expense?

What about the "fellowship" he does in New York or by directed reading and tape supervision? Worthwhile?

If you know some other time-limited training in CT, I'd love to hear about it. We are a little isolated here geographically, thus training has to take place in spurts elsewhere.
