There are numerous books on CBT/CT/BT techniques. For instance, Joseph Wolpe's The Practice of Beavior Therapy, Arnold Lazarus' The Practice of Multimodal Therapy, Thoughts & Feelings by McKay, Davis, and Fanning, Clinical Behavior Therapy, Behavior Modification by Miltenberger, Cognitive Behavior Modification by Meichenbaum, A Primer on Rational Emotive Therapy by Dryden and DiGuiseppe, Cognitive Therqapy in Practice by Persons, The New Handbook of Cognitive Therapy Techniques, & Cognitive Behavior Therapy by Dobson. There are numerous others, these are the ones I own and have read. Good Luck.
