You may wish to look into Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Although this was designed to treat those with Borderline Personality Disorder, I have knowledge of its use with individuals who have been dually diagnosed.

It has been introduced here in the Correctional Service of Canada with female inmates (Ontario Region). It is worth looking up, if for nothing more than interests sake.
