    Cognitive Perspectives in Health Psychology

    It doesn't focus specifically on MS but you might be interested in the Special Issue on Cognitive Perspectives in Health Psychology which appeared in the April, 1992 edition of Cognitive Therapy and Research. The articles cover a wide range of ways in which cognition is relevant to health psychology and they're quite good.
