I think this is an excellent work. Although I feel that Friendly ‘puter tech has a valid point, I am more of a cynic due to my own personal bias of lack of accountability in the allied mental health professions. Unfortunately it’s nearly impossible for any state to regulate cult like situations – people are put off by them and don’t know how to react. Is the goal to prevent fraud? Would that prevention result in tramping on freedom or thought and religion?
