I would acknowledge the fact that she is creating within the therapy and within you similar feelings/ behavioural urges to those she has struggled with througout her life. Unless her issues match yours and you are unable to distinguish easily between them (in which case I would seek supervision or pursue referral) I think that you can take the initiative to model creative and flexible solutions. Try some new things in your work together that are appealing and fresh. Make the most of your 10 minute break between clients so that when you see her you feel energized and refreshed. You have built a strong relationship with her...... now for the preseverence and progress.
