Greg,
It's o.k. for him to masturbate, but when he tries to involve a woman who has sexual abuse in her history, and he's already exposed himself to other women, it's hard for me to see how she will be "helped" by watching him.
Really, he can masturbate all he wants too, and if he wants to go to the city park and do it, he can. He just might not get too far if he did that though......those darn social norms.
