You doubted the content of my post? I was merely responding in an attempt to help. If you need to hear jargon in order to believe one a professional I can certainly accomodate you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have worked with adults with mental health issues for over ten years. I have never held myself out to be an expert in working with perpetrators. Do you feel my advice was unsound? If so, I would appreciate greatly your enlightening me on my errors. I tend to err on the side of caution in situations where only the one variable is controllable -- i.e., the woman's behavior. We cannot do anything about the perpetrator's behavior based upon what we have heard. In fact, given the limited history we have been provided we cannot come to any conclusions. Should you have any further questions about my credentials, please feel free to ask.
