How about those who have spent time, money and energy in therapy? These people have a right to know about the techniques used, the process of these, rationale for and so on. Also, sometimes an outside comment and opinion can help shed light on a problem area. Do consumers and any other professionals not have the right to discuss what medical doctors do, the treatments used for various illnesses, concerns about these treatments, the effectiveness and safety of them? I can understand you wanting a closed forum for communicating with colleagues. Your reasons for wanting that forum though are somewhat disturbing, or at least the attitude I discern when I read those reasons. It sounds like you are somewhat defensive and protective among other things.
