Sorry I can't help you with your question on progress notes, but I happened upon your note (don't ask me how) and found it interesting we share the same name... I am a psychology student in Windsor, Ontario. So now you know you are not alone. The people here with me right now all think I am going to "freak you out or something"... that is not my intention.
