Forum on Psychology and Social Responsibility?

Does anyone know of a forum where psychologists can discuss the many aspects of psychology and social change and social responsibility.

Obviously www.behavior.net does not have such a forum...and will not as the editor has been asked...it's a scary topic for this Web site which is quite conservative.
