Unfortunately, most of the attention in terms of sexual abuse literature is focused on female victims. I do think that male victims are underrecognized. That being said, you might want to look at Bass and DAvis' "THe Courage to Heal," or Wendy Maltzs' "The Sexual Healing Journey." Both acknowledge the occurance of male victimization, and you can reap alot of benefit from their advice.
