I believe the person meant CAT or Creative Arts Therapist

I'm not aware if there is a central directory. However, I do know if you go to the main sites for dance therapy, music therapy, and art therapy, they often list names of contacts, along with phone numbers and e-mail addresses.

One of these contacts would probably be able to help you find a therapist in New Hampshire.
