Bernstein / Levy and movement therapy

Hi all

I am using an outline for dance / movement therapy devised by Bernstein (now Levy)for use with incest survivors. I jotted this outline down from a book and now cannot find the book i got it from. As it forms the basis for my intervention for my PhD thesis on art therapy with rape survivors, i need to cite references and other studies using the outline.

If you have the book with this DMT reference in (it's a multi-authored book, not by Bernstein herself) OR if you have an e mail address for Bernstein / Levy, i would appreciate it.
