Developing a program

Hi All

I am the Director of Pastoral Care at a community hospital in PA. I have an MA in Theology and do much work with grief, bereavement and crisis intervention. I have one year under my belt towards certification as an Art Therapist. I want to start a program using AT in this hospital particularly in the Palliative Care Program. The Director of my AT program is willing to work with me to develop a program. I am looking for models of AT in hospitals to study - I found a wonderful program on the web that exists in Florida but have received no anwers to my inquiries - any suggestions? Thanks, Maureen
