I'm in the process of starting an alcohol and drug support group for people in recovery. The reason is that I'm still attending school for my Psychology degree (Bachelors)and I don't have license to practice. I have an Associates of Applied Sciences in Alcohol and Drug Counseling and I'm certified in the state of Oregon as a professional Counselor. In these groups I want to incorporate "beading" to offer people the opportunity to relax and be creative with their hands. What are your suggestions. I'll be attending Concordia University in Portland Oregon this fall of 2002. I love to hear some professional comments!
