scoring the Rawley Silver Imagination subtest

I am a art therapy student. I am attemting to score the Imagination subtest of the Rawley Silver. I have the scores for ability to combine, represent, and for emotional content, I have also identified theme. I am not clear on how to compute the scores and rank them. I hope this clear enough, I would really appreciate feedback.

I do have the complete test and scoring materials, I'm just a little stuck.
