I like it for its paradoxical approach, and I'm thinking there may be some ways to adapt this to the program I'm trying to start. I see the paradox in taking the client's issue to an extreme, and leaving the client with a strong visual image, sometimes living token, of their cognitive distortion. I would imagine one would have to have developed a strong rapport with a client before introducing such ludicrous images. I'll have to read more on this. I can see this being a part of the creativity I'm trying to instill.
