Hallo Kay,
I am not sure what is menat with a cross cultural setting, but I did a workshop in 1997 for a symposium on intercultural communication in Holland. The purpose was to experience differences in culture and how they influence us in meeting eachother. It was done in a way to build in groups from several Islands towards eachother with certain rules.
