developing empathy through structured art learning experiences

Hi fellow therapists and educators. I am researching the above topic. However I am not finding a lot of information on the work of others in using art or other creative experiences that focus on developing empathy. The participants in the art experiences I wish to develop and study are likely to be those in the workplace, eg managers, salespeople etc. Hope to hear from you.
