Re:drawing circles

In the parks in China & elsewhere in Asia if you look carefully you may find circles worn into the grass by Bakua practitioners. People train early in the morning before & about sun rise. Like Taijiquan, Bakua is an internal Chinese Martial Art built around the Taiji diagram & based on the idea of continuously moving in circles, figure 8 patterns & loops. Chinese Martial Artists often practise calligraphy & painting to develop greater precision & insight.
