what should i do now?

i am graduating from college this may and i will have a double major in international relations and peace and justice studies. i am really interested in art therapy but i still need to work on completing some of the basic requirements. i would like to do something next year that puts me in the area of art therapy so i can see it at work.
do you have any suggestions? will i be able to get into grad school without a major in psych or art?
