hello,
At first i have to say that my English writing isn't that good, so i hope you can understand what i'm writing.
I'm a student and in my practise year i've worked many times with adults who had trouble expressing their anger. I used the "esthetic illusion" (don't know if you use this word in English) By using this method clients can express their anger in a save way. The method uses the illusion, for example verytales, mean witch, the bad guy, for expressing the clients own feelings. It's save because its 'pretending'. The client doesn't express anger in a direct way. I've also let a client who was very angry but couldn't show it, write a very angry letter with wite panda (vetchalk?) So she could write al the angry and mean words on paper without showing it to others. When she wanted to show what she had written, she painted with ecoline over the words, and you could see them.
greetings, Donja
