I have also noticed problems

I think the organization of the site prevents new questions from being read. The are posted at the end, rather than a more accessible way for frequent users to see new topics quickly. This may also prevent occasional or new users from returning.
I have posted several questions but have had none answered - I enjoy the site but wish to learn from others.
