I am an Elementary School Counselor with half of my second masters done in Art Therapy. There is a book I would recommend: The Handbook of School Art Therapy: Introducing Art Therapy into a School System by Janet Bush The publisher is Charles C.Thomas, Springfield, IL
Good luck to you. There is a great need in schools for expressive therapies.
